The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and built-in wardrobes. The apartment also offers a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a comfortable terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool surrounded by well-maintained greenery, as well as a children’s play area within the residential complex.

1. Smoking  are not allowed.
2. The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.
3. The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 23:00 are prohibited at all times.
4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
