During your holiday stay with Welcomely

03 March 2021

A Shared Responsibility

Every Welcomely home belongs to someone — a family or property owner who has carefully prepared the space so guests can enjoy it throughout the year.

By choosing a holiday home instead of a hotel, you gain more space, privacy and freedom. At the same time, you become part of a residential environment where neighbours live and share the same surroundings. A respectful and mindful approach helps everyone enjoy a relaxed and trouble-free holiday — including you.

Our team is always here to support you during your stay, and a few simple considerations help everything run smoothly from arrival to departure.

We’re Here During Your Stay

Energy & water

Electricity and water are included in the price of your stay (applies to short-term rentals).

Please use them responsibly.

Excessive or unreasonable use of electricity (for example, leaving the air conditioning running while windows are open) may result in an additional charge and a deduction from the security deposit.
Are you staying on a long-term rental? Different billing rules apply. See details:

Many Welcomely properties are located within residential communities, apartment complexes or villa neighbourhoods where people live permanently throughout the year. Each location may have slightly different arrangements regarding shared areas, parking or daily living rules.

For this reason, every property includes a dedicated guest guide with important information about the home and its surroundings. We strongly recommend reviewing it during your stay, as local guidelines may vary depending on the community.

Some general considerations that help maintain a comfortable atmosphere include:

  • Respect night quiet hours and avoid excessive noise, especially on terraces and balconies where sound travels easily.

  • Keep daytime noise at a reasonable level around pool and outdoor areas.

  • Supervise children in shared spaces to ensure safety and avoid accidents.

  • Use pools and communal areas responsibly and avoid risky behaviour.

  • Park only in designated spaces and keep access areas clear.
