1. The apartment is situated 10 minutes on foot to the Arenal area and around 20 minutes walking to Jávea Port.
   
2. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
3. The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.
4. Located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.
5. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
   
   

This apartment is intended exclusively for temporary accommodation related to work assignments, studies, professional projects, or transitional housing needs.This property is not offered for tourist or holiday purposes and does not constitute a short-term tourist rental, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
