The apartment features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the living room, there are also two sofa beds, providing additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. Guests also have access to the residential complex facilities, including a gym and a paddle court. 3. The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 23:00 are prohibited at all times.
