The apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and private en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, and an open-plan living and dining area. 1. Smoking are not allowed.
2. The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.
3. The apartment is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.
4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.

We manage five apartments within the same building, distributed across two floors. This setup is ideal for companies, project teams, training groups, or families requiring temporary accommodation in the same location while maintaining privacy and independent living spaces.

When rented together, the apartments can host up to 30 people, making them suitable for corporate assignments, relocations, professional projects, or coordinated medium-term stays.

This apartment is intended exclusively for temporary accommodation related to work assignments, studies, professional projects, or transitional housing needs. This property is not offered for tourist or holiday purposes and does not constitute a short-term tourist rental, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
