  3. The apartment is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.
  4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.

When rented together, the apartments can host up to 30 people, making them suitable for corporate assignments, relocations, professional projects, or coordinated medium-term stays.

This apartment is intended exclusively for temporary accommodation related to work assignments, studies, professional projects, or transitional housing needs. This property is not offered for tourist or holiday purposes and does not constitute a short-term tourist rental, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
